¿Nuestro logo estaría protegido por la PSF?
Es decir, si mañana viene cualquiera y decide usar el logo (que no está
registrado legalmente en España), ¿estaría protegido por la PSF trademark
al ser obra derivada o algo por el estilo?
Lo consultaré con mi abogada a ver si puedo dar algo de luz, si alguien
sabe algo del tema que lo exponga por aquí.
