Hola,

si la web es puramente informativa, ni Django, ni flask ni.... miraos
Nikola (1) !

Además usa (pueden usar) en los templates Bootstrap (2), y optimizar para
mobiles facilmente.

Con jquery puedes hacer integración de feedback (comentarios, formularios,
etc) o django sea un backend.

Personalmente ya he migrado algunos joomla y django a nikola. Pueden
trabajar con hg o git como evolución del proyecto y al final son html, más
rápido y fácil de mantener.
