[Py-ES] Web y camisetas: "PyConES"

Jesús, tenemos controlada la inconsistencia. El nombre oficial es
"PyConES". Resulta que en la web está mal en un sitio porque está "a fuego"
en una imagen. Cambiarlo requiere un esfuerzo que estábamos postergando.
