[Py-ES] PYCONES - apoyo web django

Alberto, que yo entienda, el repo oficial es el de python-spain, el repo de
heroku si no lo he entendido mal es para desplegar.
Por lo que principalmente debes subir tus cambios a python-spain y luego en
vez en cuando hacer push a heroku para desplegar esos cambios :D
