Hi Juan,

This email notification is being sent to you to inform you of the PSF 
Board’s decision to sponsor PyCon Spain 2013 Conference for the amount 
of $2,500 USD. Please see the resolution that was passed on August 30, 
2013 below:

RESOLVED, that the PSF sponsor the Python Conference Spain happening in 
Madrid in November 2013 in the amount of $2,500

Please send an invoice to our Treasurer according to his instructions:

The invoice should include:
  Name and address of the recipient
    Sufficient detail to identify the object of the invoice
  Form of payment desired: check, wire, or PayPal

If the grant is for reimbursement of expenses, please attach copies of
receipts to substantiate the reimbursement.

If payment by wire is desired, please include banking details:

For a US Bank:  Routing number
For a non-US Bank:
  SWIFT Code
  Bank Name
    Bank Address

Account number and IBAN if available
Account beneficiary (i.e. name on account)
Account beneficiary's postal address  (recent US requirement)

Please note that wires in the US are expensive and should be avoided for 
amounts less than $200.

If payment by PayPal is desired, please specifically include your PayPal
email address.
