He hablado con un profesor, y le gusta la idea. Podemos usar el
seminario del departamento, que tiene 30 plazas, wifi y cafetera
incluída, y no hay problemas de negociar permisos. Los vuelos pueden
salir por 200 €, ambos, más algo para el alojamiento. Conseguir 30
participantes es fácil, y a 10 € cada uno, el evento queda cubierto.

Se puede organizar, fuera de la PyCon, sin problemas. Podemos empezar
a moverlo ya mismo.

Si hay algún otro grupo interesado y estos chicos pueden, se podría
aprovechar y dar dos en el mismo viaje, repartiendo gastos.
