A member of Python-Madrid community has created a cute logo we plan to<br>
use for t-shits. We are going to print about 40 t-shits, for members<br>
only, selling them as non-profit. Just the production costs.<br>

We are thinking about creating a juridical entity for Python-Madrid,<br>
to be an umbrella, for instance, for a Python congress we want to held<br>
in October (tentative date, target size around 200 people). That event<br>
would be non-profit, also. Nevertheless we would like to adopt the<br>
logo as the official Python-Madrid branding for the legal entity,<br>
twitter, webpage and maybe merchandising in the future. Although we<br>
don't plan to make a profit of it, we would be more comfortable<br>
knowing the legal status of the logo, regarding the use of the Python<br>
(tm) logo.<br>

So we humbly request to know the position of PSF Trademarks Committee<br>
about it.<br>
